Getting started
Yes. SaathiSutra is a Kamboj matrimonial site — registration is open to the Kamboj, Kamboh and Kamba community only. Caste and gotra are recorded during onboarding, so you are never shown a rishta from outside the community.
Yes. Creating your profile, uploading photos and browsing matches is free. Paid plans only unlock extras like unlimited messaging, advanced filters and profile spotlight.
Yes — most profiles on SaathiSutra are created by parents or siblings. During registration simply choose whether the profile is for a bride or a groom, and in step 1 select who the profile is for.
About 10 minutes. The form is split into 8 short steps and saves after each one, so you can stop and continue later from where you left off.
Profiles & verification
Accounts confirm their email address. Phone verification, when available in Settings, confirms access to a number only. Government IDs and profile details are not automatically verified.
You control photo visibility from your profile settings. You can keep photos visible to all members, only to members you accept, or hide them until you choose to share.
Yes. Search filters include community, gotra, mother tongue, diet, state and more, and the platform warns you when a same-gotra match appears.
Safety & privacy
Your data is encrypted and your contact details are never shown without your consent. Nothing is sold or shared with brokers or third-party advertisers.
Stop the conversation and report the profile immediately. SaathiSutra staff will never ask for your password, OTP or money to "release" a match. Call us on the number above and we will investigate.
Yes. You can hide or permanently delete your profile from your account settings at any time, or ask our team to do it for you over the phone.
Plans & payments
Silver suits most families who want unlimited browsing and direct messaging. Gold adds priority in search results, and Platinum includes matchmaker assistance. Call us and we will suggest the right one — no pressure.
Never. You pay only the membership fee shown on the pricing page — there is no commission on a marriage and no hidden charge at any stage.
Staying safe
SaathiSutra never asks for money to "release" a match, and no staff member will ever ask for your password or OTP. Report anything suspicious immediately.
