What is SaathiSutra?
SaathiSutra is a matrimonial platform for the Kamboj, Kamboh and Kamba community, run from Sri Karanpur in Sri Ganganagar district, Rajasthan. Every profile records its gotra from the traditional 52 and 84 gotra lists, so a same-gotra match can be ruled out before two families ever meet. Registration is free and there is no brokerage.
SaathiSutra was founded with a single vision: to give the Kamboj, Kamboh and Kamba community a matrimonial platform of its own — gotra-aware, transparent about verification, and run by people who understand how a rishta actually happens.
How It All Began
What started as a passion to help Kamboj friends and family find their life partners evolved into a full matrimonial platform. On the big national sites, a Kamboj family had to wade through lakhs of unrelated profiles, and gotra — the first thing anyone actually asks — was buried three filters deep, if it was there at all.
So we built the opposite. SaathiSutra takes registrations from the Kamboj, Kamboh and Kamba community only, makes gotra, sub-caste and ancestral village mandatory from the 52 and 84 gotra lists, and asks families to check identity and profile details independently. Government IDs are not reviewed.
