Delete your Saathi Sutra account

1. Open the Saathi Sutra app and sign in. 2. Go to the Profile tab. 3. Scroll to Your Data and tap "Delete my account". 4. Confirm by tapping "Delete forever". Want a copy first? Tap "Download my data" in the same section before deleting. On the website, sign in and open Privacy & Settings from your profile page, where you can delete your account the same way.

If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app, email info@saathisutra.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" and include your registered phone number. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 7 days.

• Your profile and all profile details (personal, community, horoscope, education, career, family, preferences) • Your photographs • Identity documents and verification selfies • Messages, interests, matches, shortlists, and blocks • Your sign-in account and device notification tokens Your profile disappears from search and from other members' view immediately. Residual copies are removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.

• Payment records (plan, amount, date, payment reference) for up to 8 years, because Indian tax and accounting law requires it. • If an account was removed for fraud or abuse, a minimal safety record to stop the same person re-registering.
